I brought in my tire to be replaced, (tire and rim only) because the tire sustained damage to the sidewall. You guys replaced it and I picked up the tire brought it home and installed it. Just to find out they didn't properly inflate the tire it only had 22psi. I had to take it to the gas station to finish inflating it. Next time I need tires I'll take it to Goodyear.
People were very easy to speak to.

Visiting in Michigan from IL during 4th of July holiday when my 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T suddenly had a check engine light on with no drive modes available and no AC. Brought it into Brookfield Dodge the morning of July 6th. I left the car there and they shuttled me back to my lake house. They diagnosed it as a corroded wiring connection for the 12v battery system. A shuttle picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to pickup my vehicle the same day. Driver was very courteous and friendly. I was able to make it home to IL that day. I highly recommend Brookfield Dodge! Thank you!
Salesman Derek was great. Finance guy was great. Mechanic manager had me wait for hours for an oil change. Derek told the mechanic manager hour or so before I arrived that oil change was needed bc I was buying truck So I drive from Grand Rapids and had to wait close to 6 hours for an oil change? Sales and finance guys did awesome job Whomever took that long to do an oil change jeopardized the deal. Your Sales guy and finance guy kept me calm and saved your business.

Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is under new ownership. We bought a vehicle during this transfer and was having problems. We were in the need of another vehicle to expand our Mold Warrior fleet. Brookfield had the perfect cargo van for us. Noel, John and Ron were all very attentive and had great communication throughout the whole process. They made sure our concerns were addressed were good on every promise they made. Made the mistake of trusting another dealership when purchasing when I should’ve purchased from Brookfield. Easiest and best dealership I’ve dealt with. Service department is FANTASTIC and took great care of my gladiator. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing work done.
Anthony Polley and the whole staff was extremely helpful and made the experience stress free. Definitely recommend, any of the staff would be good but Anthony helped me understand what I was getting into and got me into a nice vehicle.
