I brought in my tire to be replaced
“ I brought in my tire to be replaced, (tire and rim only) because the tire sustained damage to the sidewall. You guys replaced it and I picked up the tire brought it home and installed it. Just to find out they didn't properly inflate the tire it only had 22psi. I had to take it to the gas station to finish inflating it. Next time I need tires I'll take it to Goodyear. ”

“ Visiting in Michigan from IL during 4th of July holiday when my 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T suddenly had a check engine light on with no drive modes available and no AC. Brought it into Brookfield Dodge the morning of July 6th. I left the car there and they shuttled me back to my lake house. They diagnosed it as a corroded wiring connection for the 12v battery system. A shuttle picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to pickup my vehicle the same day. Driver was very courteous and friendly. I was able to make it home to IL that day. I highly recommend Brookfield Dodge! Thank you! ”
